I cannot find proper words to describe how great this hotel is. We have been given complimentary upgrade to the residence side and the room was spectacular. However what I am delighted the most about are the people. I have been travelling a lot and I have stayed in many expensive and super expensive hotels, however have never seen this level of kindness and hospitality. From the reception, concierge, waiters, unparalleled. I lost my jacket in the cab, they have found it. Incredible. For comparison purpose I will mention Four Seasons Bosphorus where we had lunch yesterday, the waiters do not even come close to the waiters here.

Upon arrival and check-in late in the evening while requiring medical assistance, the staff at the reception has been extraordinarily nice and helpful. The manager on duty went literally out of his way in terms of networking to find the special hospital that would attend me. Although I feel guilty of not having contacted him since then, I shall return to personally thank him and his staff. This is also to thank in advance whoever conveys these lines to him and his staff

Staffs were kind and friendly. The room and roof terrace view were very nice all day. Breakfast was delicious, the location was also great. I stayed for vacation and my birthday. It turns out to great memory. Big recommendation.
