EVERYTHING! It is clean, it is new, it is modern, it is beautiful! The rooms are pretty spacious, the beds and pillows are VERY comfortable, the shower was great AND with awesome water pressure! They had thought of EVERYTHING the amenities in the room OMG they are REAL NICE! Chocolate on the pillow, earplugs, white sound machine, glass water bottle to fill up down the hall, etc. everything you could possibly wish for during your stay they got it. The staff were helpful, funny, friendly, professional! We only stayed one night and I regret it SO MUCH!!

The location was excellent for visiting GW and convenient to so much else. Staff were so friendly and accomodating. The room was perfect for what we needed and the bed was really comfortable. Everything is pretty new and updated and extremely clean overall.

The new state-of-the-art lobby at Courtyard by Marriott Washington, DC Dupont Circle provides greater flexibility and choices for our guests. The Bistro offers breakfast, drinks, and dinner.

The Staff from the Property Manager Clarise to the Front Desk team were exceptional. As a Titanium member I have to say this property went above an beyond. I needed documents printed in color. Asked if there was a Kinkos close. The Property Manager Clarise had me email her, she printed, stapled and put it all together in a packet. Not expected but an amazing touch. They also provide amazing service when checking in, questions etc. I stay an extra 2 nights on a personal credit card, They accommodated me with seamless check in for both the Corporate Stay and personal. Have to say JW style service at the Courtyard. I will be staying there again and forgoing my other favorite DC *Bonvoy properties. Thank you M Jaworski
