Hotel is clean, comfortable, the complimentary snack bar is interesting. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is next to an aquarium and a water park, so many families stay here. Train station is near by (5 mins walk).

The location is perfect, the city view side of the room was impressive as well from the 22nd floor. The room was spacious enough, the double bed large enough and the mattress was supportive and comfortable. Bathroom is a big plus, size and the shower cabin are exceptional in Hong Kong measures.
The breakfast is a main strength of the hotel, variety (incl. gluten free bread), the Asian style dishes, soup station made our breakfast enjoyable.
Service and staff were all hospitable (e.g. providing the gluten free bread or extra blanket), and house-keeping was solved in a non-disturbing way.

My partner was struck down with a stomach bug during the flight from London to Melbourne and needed to recover in Hong Kong. I booked this room as it was close to the airport only to find it to be one of the nicest hotel stays (under the circumstances) I have had. The staff were brilliant, the concierge went above and beyond to help us and the room was as good if not better than I had hoped for for the price. Thank you Skycity Marriott.
