First and foremost, the exceptional service of the Duty Manager - Swami and his entire team..The consistency in following up and assuring things would be taken care of and ensuring it was done, is what was a game changer... There was some incorrect information on Booking.com with regards to the room that we booked. Upon addressing this to the staff, I would like to mention how this was verified and handled by the staff.. Our stay was made very comfortable and I would most definitely recommend this to my family and friends.. Our special thanks to Swami and his team - Anupam, Aditya and the rest of the team. Special mention to the Restaurant Manager - Mukesh Yadav and his staff Prashant, Daniel, Sohail, Vikram and rest of the team. The housekeeping staff had done a great job decorating the room for a special occasion. The F & B team, helped with customisations of some meal requests too... Appreciate the effort.

Love the View. Nothing like this in any hotels if someone wants near the stadium. You get an aerial close view of the stadium. The swimming pool view on the 8th floor is also amazing. So view is excellent, convenience is good for Navi Mumbai, train station few minutes highway of the Mumbai Bangalore. The hotel staff are a young sweet smiling team. Well trained and mannered. They gave me a farewell to remember, just wish the team the best. The rooms are very big and spacious. Experience the elevator view as well.
