What makes a hotel great are the facilities, amenities but above all the staff.
I must say Courtyard goes above and beyond in anything that you need in a stay in a 5 star hotel. Exceptionally polite and courteous staff throughout the hotel. Rooms are super comfy and super tasty food in the restaurant.

We loved it here! Firstly, all members of staff were exceptional. They were very friendly and super helpful. The hotel restaurant’s wine and food was glorious. We had lunch at the Asian restaurant downstairs and the food was delicious. Our rooms (we stayed there on two different nights) were very clean and the beds were the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in. And huge! We enjoyed staying there so much, that we decided that whenever we travel anywhere, the Marriott will be our first choice.

Marriott NaviMumbai has a wonderful location, specially if you take the stadium facing room..its wonderful to wakeup to beautifully manicured green grounds and watch the sea at the horizon. The staff is extremely helpful and go out of their way to fulfil needs.
We got a great room but noisy neigbours. Since I was on a business visit and needed peace...I requested for a room change which was done promptly!
