With its prime Auckland CBD location, JW Marriott Auckland brings its signature service to life from December 2022, inspired by the principles of mindfulness. Joshi with Guest Services check-in really made our stay more comfortable and pleasant. He was accommodating and informative as we arrived hours before our check-in time. He was very patient and went above and beyond in customer service. Although we were exhausted from lengthy travels, he helped make the time go by quickly. Fitness center, pool, sauna, hotel dining and location were all a plus as well.
