We stayed with 3 kids and had all the positives to report for our stay. We recently stayed at the Jabal Omer Marriott Hotel, and our experience was nothing short of exceptional. The hospitality and service we received made our stay truly memorable. From the start, Ali at the breakfast guest welcome desk made us feel right at home each morning with his warm greetings and attention to detail. He set such a positive tone for the day! The housekeeping staff, especially Shakir, maintained our room with the utmost care. It was always spotless, and the little touches made a difference in our comfort. Customer relations officer Omer went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our stay was seamless. His kindness and willingness to help truly stood out, and he made us feel like valued guests throughout our time here. We also had a minor hiccup when we misplaced our room keys in the haram, but the receptionist was incredibly helpful and efficient in issuing us new ones without any hassle, which we really appreciated The hotel’s location is quite convenient, with a short walk of about 10 to 15 minutes to the haram, depending on the route security directs you to. This proximity made it very easy for us to attend prayers and return without long waits or commutes. Overall, the Jabal Omer Marriott Hotel combines comfort, convenience, and exceptional service. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Makkah!
