Unwind on a romantic escape or drive your business forward at Bangkok Marriott Hotel The Surawongse. Het zwembad en de rooftop-bar zijn echt heerlijk. Gym is ook erg goed uitgerust. Ontbijt is echt top!!! Enige minpunt waren de liften, dat duurde erg lang Maar dat valt in het niet bij hoe goed de rest was!

Located on Sukhumvit 2, it is just a 2-minute walk from Ploenchit and Nana BTS Skytrain stations. This luxurious city retreat offers a pampering spa, an outdoor pool and 24-hour in-room dining. Everything was as good as possible. Your staff, everyone - from Conciërge to Check in, Housekeeping, Restaurant - were pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable, available and kind. Just wow! The JW Marriott Khao Lak is truly an exceptional hotel. Located an hour and a half from the airport, this hotel leaves a lasting impression from the moment you arrive. ### Arrival and First Impressions We were warmly welcomed with a delightful hibiscus drink and given a comprehensive tour of the hotel. They provided us with a schedule of activities, 90% of which were free for all guests. The hotel itself is stunningly beautiful, and I can't emphasize enough how amazing it was. ### Pools and Amenities The pools are enormous – there are around five or more, including the largest river pool in Asia that winds around the entire hotel. There are dedicated areas for kids, with two big pools featuring various games, while the rest are for adults. The amenities are top-notch, and the staff is exceptionally helpful, kind, and down to earth. ### Room Quality Our room was exceptional. We had two rooms with a living area and buggy service. The suite option is highly recommended over the smaller rooms, as it offers a significantly more pleasant experience. ### Dining The breakfast area is extensive, offering every option you could think of, including live cooking stations. We opted for the all-inclusive package, which included one lunch option per person and a three-course dinner per person. The portions were generous and perfect for our group of five. The hotel's restaurants are diverse and delicious, featuring Italian, Thai, Japanese, and international cuisine, as well as grills and pizza options near the pool. All the restaurants were top-notch, and we enjoyed every meal. ### Activities and Entertainment The hotel offers a vast array of activities from 8 am to 8 pm. The fire show on the beach at night was a highlight. We also participated in a bath bomb workshop at the spa, which was very enjoyable.

Marriott's Mai Khao Resort - Phuket is a 10-minute walk to Mai Khao Beach. The resort provides modern air-conditioned apartments with a luxurious bathroom and a fully functional kitchen. Geweldig grote kamer! Verder is het een absolute pre voor ons geweest dat je met een dagpas gebruik mag maken van de faciliteiten van het naastgelegen JW Marriott. Dagpas kost 25 euro die je weer mag spenderen aan F&B. Wij hebben daar elke dag het geweldige ontbijtbuffet van genomen. Shuttlebus gaat elke 15 minuten en als je eerder of later bent dan de tijden dat de bus rijdt brengen ze je met het golfkarretje!
