Our room was supposed to be on the 'parking side' on the ground floor (which was not described like that on the web site).
Fortunately one of the rooms could be upgraded on the sea side at the 2nd floor.
We enjoyed a very nice stay in this hotel.
The 'lighthouse' restaurant was excellent with an oustanding service (though very expensive...but everything comes at a price)

NetherlandsThe location was perfect and very convenient. The room was fresh, spotless, and felt brand new, with an excellent bathroom and a perfect shower. Despite being next to the street, the rooms were very quiet. The pool was comfortably warm; although the hot tub was under maintenance, it wasn’t an issue.
Service was outstanding – special thanks to LaToya and Mary Ann, as well as Stephanie and cook Jean at the breakfast desk. Breakfast was included, with enough choices and delicious food.
This hotel truly deserves 5 stars!

We were put in Block A that looked like a motel & was right next to a very busy, noisy road. No lift & room door on the outside just like a motel.
I have contacted courtyard marriott saying that the room rate for that block should be reduced but they say that it is the same standard as the other rooms attached to the hotel. They have obviously never slept in Block A! We hardly slept at all due to the noise. Not happy.

The property is very nice and clean. Is like a resort with many different areas to enjoy your stay ! The weather didn’t help at this time of the year in December but we will be back in the summer months ! I am very happy I booked at Courtyard by Marriott Faro Blanco ! Since I am very allergic and the whole resort is extremely clean and dust free !
