Registration staff were patient and kind. The balcony view was beautiful. The bed was fairly comfortable. Having luggage carts was quite helpful.

The hotel staff couldn't have been nicer. Everyone, from the moment we registered to the bus boy cleaning our table after breakfast, was warm, friendly and eager to help anyway they could. The room decor was a little dated, but that only added to the charm of the hotel. Great location to all the shops and restaurants in Bar Harbor.
