Whether during sunrise or lit up at night, the view was simply unforgettable. A special mention goes to Ezzeldin at the reception, who was incredibly helpful and welcoming. He went above and beyond by upgrading our room, which made our stay even more special. His professionalism and kindness truly enhanced our visit.
