This should be a 5 star hotel!! Breakfast simply amazing, variety and quality! Room on the 9th floor, huge, superb bathroom and everyday cleaning was exceptional! Room service helpful to have. Staff so polite. Last but not least location of hotel close to train station and tram. But not noisy at all. We stayed almost 2 weeks so we got a good feeling for the hotel and we loved every minute!

Location - fantastic. Very nice staff. They helped me with transfer from the airport! Hotel has small souvenirs for sale. Breakfast was very nice and great variety, even sweet bread with local pralines!

This Mercure is situated in a quiet residential area close to the city centre of Bourg en Bresse and is near the Brou Church, the exhibition centre and highway A40.

Cleanest, room space And all my 10 points go for the man who waited us on the brekfast . Sad i dont have his name, but i want to emphase that he was very kind and very nice to us.
