Excellent location on a major shopping street, just a few minutes from the restaurant street. The Old Town, Town Hall Square and other places are also within walking distance. The boutique hotel is beautiful and comfortable, located in a grand building. The Privilege Room is spacious, the room has everything you need (including a large TV, refrigerator, coffee machine, ironing facilities). The spacious bathroom has high-quality toiletries, a decent hairdryer, and a mirror with lighting and magnification. Overall, the lighting was cozy. A rich and varied breakfast is served in a beautiful dining room. The hotel and rooms are very clean and the staff communicates in a friendly and polite manner. Upon arrival at the hotel, a pleasant welcome and a small gift awaited in the room.

The Mercure Chambéry Centre is a modern business hotel in the city centre. It is opposite the train station and offers modern and fully soundproofed accommodation. De bedden waren zeer comfortabel. Het ontbijt was uitstekend.

The rooms at the Mercure Lyon Est Villefontaine are air conditioned and equipped with a flat-screen TV, minibar and coffee maker. All rooms have a private bathroom. Although it was comfortable, it did not match up to the other mercure hotels standards that I have stayed in before. Maybe because we booked an apartment and not individual rooms. Anyway, it wasn't bad at all. No complaints. The staff was very nice and cooperative, the pool was perfect, and the location was great. Great facilities in the room. I will definitely recommend this hotel
