We had a pleasant and comfortable stay. We were stuck in the fox glacier due to rain and road closures. The person at the reception knew that we had a flight to catch the next day. She rushed to our room once the roads were open and guided us in the best possible way. Thank you would be an understatement :)

This place was great. Rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly. The location is great! It's right next door to a great restaurant (Betsey Jane), and Lake Matheson itself is beautiful.

Good location, comfortable room. Owner was really welcoming and helpful with suggestions for places to visit locally and on the day we left to drive to Queenstown.
