This place was immaculate. They take care of property to the fullest. Very helpful with questions about area. Can’t say enough about how nice the property is, right on the river, gorgeous sunsets.

Easy access to beach, very clean apartments despite of older equipment. There was everything what we needed and we enjoyed a lot our days off. Great bistro’s around and close to Ron Jon. Thank you for very cosy stay. Ability to watch rocket launches just from the beach.

We had a wonderful stay in this charming cottage right on the beach. It’s cozy, comfortable, and very well equipped — with sun loungers, a lovely grill area, and even a parking right in front of the cottage. The check-in process was fully autonomous, with clear and simple instructions provided ahead of time for both arrival and departure, which made everything very smooth. The location is excellent, with a beautiful view of Cocoa Beach, and there’s a fantastic seafood restaurant just 10 to 15 minutes away on foot. Overall, a great experience and excellent value for money — we truly enjoyed our night here!
