The room was spacious and very clean. They have room service that also keep it clean. The location is good. The Wifi is excellent.

It was a traditional motel with lovely views from the back (especially at sunset) towards Sleeping Ute Mountain. They are updating the rooms but keeping the traditional look rather than going for an homogeneous modern look. The owners were incredibly helpful and friendly.

Location was great. Could walk to the river and sit on a patio over looking the river. Or take the river walk along the river. A park is very near by for picnics. Hot water never ran out. Own parking space. Owner was very helpful and friendly.
