Absolutely loved the private balcony, the river view. Quiet peaceful. But also close enough to walk to town. Sitting on the balcony in morning seeing Eagle in tree by the river and then he was joined by his mate it was so beautiful. May never see that again so that was awesome. Along with the ducks in the river every morning. The quiet peaceful nights resting on balcony . Clean rooms . Great location. My sister and myself enjoyed our stay . The location was great and easy to access from either side of the parkway. The rooms are updated from previous stays and very comfortable for the price. The rooms were clean with a nice sized fridge for food.

Great motel with easy access to and from Dollywood with the shuttle stop being right next to it. Lots of shops and diners on the easy street and very quiet despite being next to the main roads. Would reccomend!
