The location is great. The hotel staff are all wonderful. There was always and friendly hello from all staff. Food was plentiful. Parking is inexpensive if you can't find free parking. The hotel was great value for what we paid so couldn't grumble.

Great view over the sea and the pier in the distance. Comfortable and spotless, spacious room and bathroom. Friendly staff. Plenty of teabags etc with the kettle. Free parking available around the corner, as advised when we arrived. Breakfast was not fancy but ample, there was porridge and eggs cooked on request, ham and cheese, toast and and a choice of cereals and drinks: a good start for the day. Even croissants if you wish.

Excellent welcoming hosts. Rooms very comfortable & everything you could possibly need is provided (even a microwave & fridge with fresh milk). Delicious breakfast & free parking. We didn’t bring our bikes this time but good to know for future that secure bike storage is available.

The property is in a great location in the centre of Rye. The perfect size for our group of 3. Really clean with lots of extras such as condiments in the kitchen, and toiletries. It’s near a pub and takeaway but you don’t notice any noise outside as the road is pretty quiet. You can stop on the road to unpack and there is free parking 2 minutes away.
