Ideally situated for exploring Abel Tasman National Park, Mohua Motels is 300 metres from Takaka's Town Centre. It is located opposite a supermarket and next door the Golden Bay Visitor Centre. A lot more beautiful than the pictures have shown.

Not only was it dead quiet, comfy beds and super fast Wi-Fi with great amenities, it had its own glow worm cave!

Every room has a flat-screen TV with with satellite channels. The apartment was very spacious and I didn't realize it would have a full kitchen.

All apartments boast a patio and a fully equipped kitchen. Guests receive free WiFi access. A big room! Comfortable bed and bath. Host had a kindly instruction for check in even we arrived very late.

The Station House Motel is located in the charming village of Collingwood, Golden Bay NZ. It was built in 1907 and was originally the Police Station. It offers two Studio Rooms with En Suite within the Historical House and two Self Contained Cottages. Lovely location right in the town. A building with character, so a really nice place to stay. Sitting area outside in the garden was a bonus.
