Really great size with comfortable sofas and bed. The kitchen was well equipped. The spar pool on the deck was great. It’s also in a very quiet location.

A 20-minute walk to Rotorua's Government Gardens, 25-minute walk to Rotorua’s lake front and Eat Street and 2 minute drive to the nearest supermarket. We had a wonderful two-night stay here and were impressed by how convenient and welcoming everything was. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of Rotorua, close to shops, attractions, and dining, yet quiet and peaceful at night. The room was spotless, spacious, and had all the essentials we needed, including a well-equipped kitchenette which made it easy to prepare small meals or enjoy a hot drink. A thoughtful touch was receiving a bottle of milk at check-in for a cuppa after a long drive. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Parking was easy, and check-in was smooth and efficient. This is a great base for exploring Rotorua and relaxing in between adventures. We would definitely stay here again if we're back in Rotorua in the future.

Water is as hot as you want it to be and easily cooled down too.
