The hotel room was extremely worn and outdated. Furniture was broken, bathtub was stained and all the caulking and grout was gross. The room needed a complete overhaul.

Fabulous modernist colours of the building, great views and two pools that were even open in January, one of them heated and pretty hot. Nothing to complain about the room and nothing special to remark either, just casual Motel.
The location is 1 mile from downtown. Walkable for me. The room is exactly what one would expect from a 1 star motel. The room was clean, the sheets and towels old, but clean. The bed, not new but comfortable enough. Soap and shampoo included.
Manager/owner was very friendly & attentive. Room was clean with modern furnishings. Nice for a motel. Quiet neighborhood. Felt safe for a female traveling solo.
