An as new hotel. Comfortable bed. Lovely onsen with two individual round tubs outside which weren’t too hot. Really nice bath products in the onsen. Excellent breakfast.4 free top loading washing machines without an agitator in the women’s onsen.

Very clean rooms and probably one of the best mattresses (western style bed) i've ever slept on. 3 private onsens available, one of which is outdoors but without much of a view so you have privacy. Perhaps consider checking in a bit earlier because the private onsens are quite popular. Fantastic location right near the beach. Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer.

Deep in the mountains in winter with lots of snow and a beautiful rotenburo- outside bath - the location was perfect. Fantastic meals with a delicious Kaiseji meal for dinner and a traditional Japanese buffet for breakfast. The staff were very helpful especially the gentleman who assisted us at check in.

The staff were so polite and helpful. The Onsen was exceptionally nice. The restaurant food was so delicious we are there most nights! The room was perfect as we were out all day and just needed a bed and a shower!

Good size rooms, nice onsen, right by chair lift / rope way and spaces to hang out with a group. Dinner and breakfast were delicious! Staff were friendly and offered to drive us to another ski field when the ropeway was closed.
