We stayed in a family room that included a kitchenette, and utensils are available upon request. The staff truly stands out as the highlight of this hotel. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of healthy and authentic Japanese dishes. The public bath was nice and the staff was helpful. We managed to leave our bags for a few days as we were travelling to other parts of Hokkaido. It was near Nakajima station.

We use the hotel as a base as we can leave the luggage at the storage when we overnight in Otaru and Noboribetsu. The bus stops to those town are not far from the hotel. Hotel has scheduled shuttle bus to Sapporo station but i think only between 7:30am to 17:00. Going back to the airport, bus doesn’t stop at the hotel. The closest stop is around 15 min walk. Unless you can take the shuttle to Sapporo station, the stop is at the south exit . Lawson convenient store is just across the street

The room is very clean and spacious, the whole hotel is elegant and pretty. There is a seicomart on the ground floor connected to the hotel, very convenient. They have japanese and western style dishes for breakfast , even soft cream is available.
