Good location and very clean. The entire decoration is quite “Euro” style, although it looks historical but everything is reserved properly. Staff is friendly.

The spacious, clean room. The relaxation areas such as the lounge and the library. We liked the onsen, both the indoor and outdoor ones. The buffet dinner was excellent. It had many options and delicacies, both in western and Japanese. The dining area was spacious, serving staff were excellent. The free drinks and snacks in the lounge and the library for retreat were excellent bonus.
