Location is so great that we could reach hotel directly on the podium after leaving the train station. And it’s in several minutes walking distance to 千客萬來 and 豐州巿場，so we could wake up as early as 4:00am to queue up for dining at 壽司大. And it’s convenient to go to 台場 for a 2-night stay. And one must not forget to use the spa service at the top floor of the hotel.

Superb Japanese hotel with premium facilities and premium service. Everybody was very welcoming - they also changed and proposed another room as per our request (we wanted non smoking instead of smoking). SPA is very good. Location is really good in order to understand that Tokyo is not only crowded city, but has other really nice neighbourhoods with really good restaurants. Metro is not faw away and all main districts are reachable easily. Concierges do their job perfectly. We have ordered babysitting service for our kid and it was perfectly executed.

Pros: * New hotel, great location with lots of food options open until late night and several convenience stores * Friendly and helpful staff * Accessible to many malls nearby for great shopping: Lumine, Tobu, Seibu, Sunshine City. Take West (North) exit to get to hotel <8mins. For elevator use if you have a big luggage, take the West (Central) exit instead, ~10mins walk. * Onsen (female) has an amazing hairdryer in the makeup room next door * Free 5 amenities i.e. soap/ skincare etc per night of stay * Fuss free luggage storage until you get back after 3pm for check in * Open bar from 5-8pm * Good room layout. Can comfortably lay flat big luggage and open it. Note it’s still small as per typical Japanese standards. * Great breakfast options * Operates in room cleanup services using a magnet system. Put a magnet outside to indicate intention. No magnet, staff will not enter. (Water given if no clean up. Towels are changed everyday. * Good soundproofing in the room.

Great for when you have an early flight the next day. Even if you dont get the dinner ticket, there are loads of restaurants on the bottom floor. I had the breakfast ticket, and the breakfast was great! The hotel room was very nice, bigger than your average hotel room in Japan, I would say.
