I asked to have a room on the ground floor and no no issues was given to me, the receptionist was absolutely wonderful and kind to me and my other half, the cleaners were lovely and polite, room was very clean, thank you so much.

Just like on pictures, very clean and well equipped. Shop downstairs has warm pastries for breakfast. Location is very close to Bullring etc. Will definitely stay here again if I’m in Birmingham.

Perfect location within walking distance to Grand Central! Staff were all very lovely and organised a taxi for the early morning. Very clean and gorgeous rooms. Wish we could have stayed longer!
