This location is a bit outside of Hiroshima, but very easy to get to by cab or train. The facilities were beautiful, and our room was comfortable with very thoughtful amenities and a beautiful private onsen. The main lobby has bountiful snacks and an incredible sake selection, as well as tons of other beverages that we could help ourselves to as we pleased. Both of our meals were so delicious, much more food than we were able to eat, and our whole party got to share a private dining room with an open hearth. This was truly a wonderful experience, and I would recommend anyone to book here and make the trip!

The ryokan is located in a geothermal area, with a number of hot springs nearby for guests to relax in. The staff was extremely nice and took care of us. The room and its view were breath taking. They even helped me with my food allergy and made sure I can eat the food they are offering. The room was quiet with some ocean waves splashing into the shore sounds.

Hotel shuttle bus to the city center works smoothly. Great restaurants with a splendid view. I like shop in the lobby with a large selections of souvenirs.

Also, it is easy to access, there is shuttle that will pick you up from the local JR station to the hotel and back to catch a boat to Itsukushima. Until next time!
