The location was very central, from eating places to places of interest. The rooms were relatively spacious, and were clean and pleasant. The onsen, both indoor and outdoor, was great. The staff were friendly and professional. The beds were comfortable for a good night rest. We would recommend this place to anyone visiting Takamatsu.

What impressed me most was the assistance of the service staff I happened to meet a young girl from Taiwan who helped us with the language barrier and was very patient in helping us translate and solve the problem! There was also a young Japanese boy who helped us with the hot spring temperature and finally helped us carry our luggage to the shuttle bus. I was very impressed by his perfect service.

The property was at the top of a mountain so it had incredible views. The room was comfy and had memory foam mattresses. The food is a good mix of western and Asian and would be good for a variety of people.
