Providing free WiFi throughout the property, the ryokan is allergy-free and features a hot spring bath. Room was very spacious. There were 3 heaters in the room, so definately warm enough to anyone's liking if you needed. Room onsen was nice. Food was in a private dining room for dinner and breakfast. There was a very nice lounge to relax in as well. There is a public cave onsen that was quite special. In winter, roads may have snow and need to be wary if driving in.

The staff was friendly, and I had an enjoyable experience at the onsen. The bed was extremely comfortable, allowing for a great night's sleep. My skin felt wonderful after using the onsen. The public onsen was also impressive, providing a chance to enjoy the hot natural springs under the moon and stars, with the autumn leaves falling gently around. It was very nice. Additionally, the restaurant served delicious food/drink.

Located in the centre of Kurokawa hot-spring area, it offers Japanese accommodations and free WiFi at the lobby. Free shuttle is available to/from Ogunimachi Yu Station and bus stop Kurokawa. Wonderful place to stay. The meal was delicious, the staff very welcoming. The onsen are somptuous, really relaxing

It also features a lounge with complimentary coffee and WiFi, a terrace and a garden. Free parking is available. This ryokan is the best I have visited in my life. The outside onsen was so beautiful, clean and relaxing (I went twice and was alone). The food was amazing and the room with private onsen was so cozy. The garden is so pretty and there were many corners just to quietly seat around. Also, they offered transportation to the bus station both ways. It is absolutely recommended!!
