The hotel has a very nice view of Lake Biwa especially for the sunset. The space of the room is not huge but it perfectly fit a family of 4 with open air hot spring bath. The public onsen is also good and quite with nice view. Ard 45-55 mins drive to Gransnow Obuibuki

The view of the lake is amazing. The JR Otsu station was also close by, it can be walked or the shuttle bus to and from the hotel and station.

So romantic I wish we could have stayed forever!!! The en-suite private onsen is on the balcony of the room and also the shower so super shy people might have a problem. Everything was perfect tho, it is a precious memory from our trip.

everything was perfect,how they welcome you and explain the facilities,everyone was very kind and accomodating (my friend is vegetarian and they change the menu accordingly) the food was delicious,the room was clean,spacious and the futon super comfy. With an additional charge (but totally worth it) it's possible to use the near hotel's baths,that have open air baths at different floor (the 8th and 11th are amazing!) I would totally come back if I can. Thanks so much for an amazing experience!

Everything here is just perfect. The rooms are super comfy, the onsen is superb, the breakfast is wonderful, and the lounge floor is stunning. Apart from all that, the staff and their hospitality deserve a special shoutout.
