The staff was very kind and helped make our stay comfortable. The food was simply incredible, and the hotel's interior and exterior were very authentic and beautiful. Bathroom on the balcony was incredibly relaxing, and it was extremely comfortable to spend time there. And, of course, the hot springs were beyond praise. It was a great place to recover. Free shuttle service from Okayama Station to the hotel and back was very comfortable and fast.

Dinner and breakfast were excellent. Staff were very friendly, attentive and proactive towards our needs, especially the lady boss who was very friendly. They have many staff who spoke English. On the day we checked out, they recommended us to visit a small village (出雲街道) next to the Sayo station to see the beautiful cherry blossom.
