The hotel to us was exceptional we stayed there because it is near Universal Studios Japan. The room was so clean, comfortable, modern, had everything we need, even a shoe dryer. The view to Aji River is beautiful. And the price was relatively reasonable. If there are plans for another trip to Japan, I will definitely choose it as our stay.

I think I'll come back again next time.

A variety of yukata robes are available for rent, and free parking is on site. traditional futon bed, mineral-rich hot spring water (silky taxture!). Great traditional dinner and breakfast.

Guests at Ryokan Nanten-En can try on the yukata robe and relax in the gentle atmosphere created by the shoji paper screens, woven-straw floor and views of greenery. All rooms have traditional shared bathing facilities; Superior rooms include a private toilet. They made special food for me as a vegetarian and pregnant! It was an amazing stay, everyone extremely helpful nd friendly. The Onsen was awesome!

Room is small but that is expected, good value too.

The property is situated in the Shinsaibashi, Namba, Yotsubashi district, 1.1 km from Namba CITY shopping mall. Fantastic hotel! Had a free ramen bar in the evening which was so tasty! There’s also free ice cream always available. The free public onsen is really relaxing (if you have tattoos, they’ll ask you to cover them up with tape), they also have a private onsen that you can book. Within the onsen there’s a milk machine for after and massage chairs. The cleaning is really in depth and takes them a while but it’s very well done. You can also leave a magnet that says to not clean the room, but they’ll leave you a bag with fresh towels and waters. The front desk was super helpful and spoke really good English.
