It is an amazing place with helpful staff, the surroundings are so beautiful, and the view on Mt Fuji was the best I’ve seen. (If she shows herself). The hotel features a hot tub, massage treatments and karaoke rooms. Great location on this side of Kawaguchiko Lake. Very nice traditional Japanese hotel. It's amazing experience for tourists. The hotel offers shuttle service between the hotel and train station. I paid extra room charge for dinner it's Kaiseki cuisine (I guess?) and it's awesome I would suggest everybody to try it. The hotel also provides amazing traditional Japanese breakfast, delicious food and full set of service. The staffs are very nice and friendly they try their best to help you. THis hotel is one of my best memory of my trip.

Absolutely amazing stay with views to the lake and the mt Fuji. The staff was welcoming and extremely nice. They accomodated any needs we had and I am sure they are capable of more. We were able to borrow bikes and enjoyed the ride around the lake. The room is bright and beautiful. The onsen has fantastic views for the perfect sunset.

Located on a hilltop and overlooking Lake Kawaguchi, the hotel serves French dinner with an advance reservation. Exceptional hotel. Beautiful location. Loved every minute of it. We dined there. The French menu is a work of art and incredibly delicious. The shabu shabu was excellent. And the people working there are the best.

八海 木花館 features mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking, located in Oshino, 10 km from Fuji-Q Highland. There is a private entrance at the ryokan for the convenience of those who stay. Every room comes with a balcony with garden views. The location was amazing; I could see Fuji-san from the window while I sipped on my coffee. The staff were brilliant and friendly. The food was exceptional; fine dining. But the best was the private onsen; I nearly sat in it for half a day.
