We loved our apartment, it felt like home. It was at the 7 floor, with an amazing view. It has everything you need (kitchen, washing machine, toiletteries). Very clean! Kind staff. There is also a common area where you can refill water for free. I loved that it seemed like they pay a lot of attention to the environment issues and try to choose sustainable options. Great location, on a pedestrian street with lots of restaurants (15/20 minutes walk from the old quarter).

The apartment was very clean. Very good customer service. Breakfast was served fresh. I would highly recommend this accommodation.

Very clean and comfortable and the staff could not do enough for us

This hotel is in a great location. It is very clean, comfortable and quiet. All the staff were lovely, especially Max and Tommy, who went out of their way to make my stay happy, fun and safe. Nothing was a problem, they were friendly and helpful.

The room has quite good soundproofing. The bathroom is very clean and tidy. When entering the room, it smells great, without an unpleasant odor like other homestays I've been to.!!

All people who work there do an incredible job! They are so friendly, polite, and nice! When I arrived, I felt like they really took care of me - gave me an advice what to see in Hanoi, helped with the e-sim, etc. The room was very clean and had everything I needed and breakfast was tasty. 10 out of 10!
