Thanassis is the greatest host, warm, friendly and accomodating. His somewhat remote place rewards you with new and spotless rooms, great views, a fantastic breakfast with local products and otherworldly serenity! Was there with my adventure bike, stayed for two nights and when I left, it felt that I was there for a whole week. The last 2,7 kms to Bujtina KOEL are off-road (starting from St. Mary's church in Labovë), but are manageable even with a normal car if you are careful. Just follow the blue signs to Bujtina KOEL. If you miss the first one, as you will be coming from the West into the village of Labovë, turn left when you face the church in front of you. We had a fantastic stay at the villa with our kids. The location in a quiet village close to nature made it very relaxing, and the children enjoyed exploring the surroundings. The villa itself was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable family stay. We really appreciated the thoughtful touch of fresh fruits waiting for us in the fridge—it made us feel very welcome. A truly unforgettable stay! My husband and I had an amazing time during our stay. We enjoyed absolute peace and quiet, surrounded by endless greenery and right next to a historic site. The food, prepared by Gero, was absolutely delicious from traditional local dishes to his authentic pizzas, everything was full of flavor and made with care. But what truly made our experience special was the incredible team. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, and we definitely made new friends. A special mention goes to Agush ,unbelievably funny, full of energy, and truly the heart and soul of the hotel. He will forever have a special place in our hearts. We’ll definitely be back soon!

A very quiet, spacious, clean apartment with good facilities in a fantastic location with an amazing host who went out of his way to make us feel welcome and at home. Very close to Gjirokastër and a short drive to the supermarket, lots of hiking and sights in the local area. Not forgetting the friendly cat of course. The breakfast is delicious traditional fried dough, which is very rich with a variety of homemade jams. It is so enjoyable to enjoy the picture-like scenery of Gjirokaster on the beautiful large terrace! Although the location is not in the city center, the road is very easy for a self-driving car. The beautiful villa is spotlessly clean! If you live in the center of the old city, it is a test for the driver's skills!

Top place, really nice and clean room with great view. The hotel is perfect combination of tradition and modern. Staff is great as well, kind, friendly and helpful. Really not far from the castel and Bazaar, but you have to climb quite steep roads, the hotel main entrance has few stairs, but nothing serious. Very good breakfast. Overall perfect overnight stay and would come again definitely.

Everything we needed in a great location. We arrived a bit early and were able to access our room straight away which was an added bonus. Good selection for breakfast. They also organised a rafting trip for us which was great fun and good value for money..

Lovely guesthouse located in easily accessible by car (ie road paved, not narrow, up hill right off of main street) neighborhood within 10 minute walk to center. Host was very friendly, attentive, and helpful. Neighborhood was quiet, bed and pillow comfortable, we slept well. Breakfast was delicious. Onsite, gated parking available. Highly recommend. Would stay again.
