The guesthouse is highly recommended. It is in a quiet location between the towns of Permet and Tepelena, perfect if you don't like the clutter of Albanian towns. For us it was the perfect stopover from our Albania road trip. The host family is very nice, hospitality is very important. Check-in is flexible as the family live there themselves. There are more than enough parking spaces right outside the door. The whole house is very clean and well maintained. Breakfast very lovingly prepared, almost from their own produce. Even the bread is freshly baked and served. The hosts speak perfect English and are really lovely people. Thank you very much for your hospitality

Perfect location to relax and recharge your batteries. Remote but relatively close to the natural thermal bath where we went each morning. Lots of other activities available in short distance from The Stone House such as horse-riding and rafting so you can do that if you fancy that kind of thing. Otherwise, you can chat to locals, have raki and do star-gazing. And for us that was the best bit, a lovely family, honest and hard working. Always trying their best to please their clients. We enjoyed their raki so much they gave us some to take away - for free.
