Buna guest house is gorgeous! The rooms have been thoughtfully decorated with modern but cosy decor. The shower was amazing and the use of a kitchen an added bonus. The games room was great for our son, and I enjoyed doing a jigsaw puzzle while escaping the freezing temperatures outside. Lianna was the most friendly host, nothing was too much trouble. 100% recommended

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the new "Barbar Apart" hotel with my family, including two kids, and it was a delightful experience. The hotel's excellent location, coupled with its modern and stylish design, provided a comfortable and enjoyable environment for all of us. The family-friendly atmosphere was evident in the thoughtful amenities and room design. Despite traveling with two kids, our stay was not only comfortable but also convenient. I liked everything. The location is perfect, the rooms are clean and have everything you need for a stay, the bed was comfortable, the service was exceptional. The breakfast was also good. There was something for every taste, from sweet to salty. Loved my stay here and would absolutely recommend it.

We really liked this hotel. The room was very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The bed and pillows are comfortable and sheets are clean.The shower is great, except the water doesn't drain very quickly. The room is very quiet. Breakfast is amazing with Americano coffee or tea, eggs, fruit, bread, cheese, meats, yogurt. Air conditioning works well, we didn't use the wifi. The location is good. A 12-15 minute walk to the main square and for us, it was a pleasant walk. It is a really good value especially with the breakfast.

Incredibly lovely guesthouse in Gyumri. Everything was clean, cozy, and really well done. Central location that's within walking distance of the train station, bus station, and the main area of town. Hosts are really genuinely kind and helpful people. They gave me terrific recommends on where to eat and what unique sights to see in the city. Communication was top notch. I really enjoyed chatting with the hosts and learning more about the history of Armenia and the area. They also let me store my bag safely upon check out, as I had a later train. Really fantastic people. They go out of their way to make sure you have the best stay. Highly recommended!!

We only stayed one night but wished we’d stayed longer. The property and room were beautiful and immaculate, better in real life than the photos. Friendly and helpful staff, stylish design and filled with antiques but everything extremely comfortable. Loved the courtyard and were welcomed with a huge plate of fruit.
