new hotel near the central train station. staff were very friendly, especially the young lady receptionist, rooms were clean, warm and comfortable. coffee, tea and kettle in the room was a bonus. walking distance to metro, if you are not looking for a hotel in the historical center and you are fine with 10 mins walk to the metro station. you should seriously consider this hotel.

As a girl I do care about the safety and a clean bathroom- Kantar has both! The highlight is absolutely the breakfast and the balcony is lovely. Maybe its working station attracts people work remotely, I chatted with many interesting people here. Also it’s close to everywhere, money exchange downstairs and flea markets only in 15 mins walk. The reception guys are lovely! They tried their best to help.

This establishment is managed by a lovely woman named Lori. She is always helpful and cheerful, and you can clearly tell that she cares about her guests' comfort. The villa is great. The rooms are spacious, the living area is cozy and has a projector. The location is excellent, far enough from the busy main road, but just a walking distance to Yerevan city center. (Make sure to visit the Armenian Genocide Museum, also just a walking distance away.) I felt very welcomed during my whole stay, and I met many wonderful people. There aren't many reviews at the time of writing, but that's because this is a very new established. I will definitely come back if I visit Armenia in the future!

I couldn’t be happier with my choice of this hotel! The rooms are clean, modern and comfortable, and our river view room was definitely worth it. The whole stay felt calm and relaxing. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety. The staff were friendly and helpful with everything we needed. It was also great that the hotel provides a shuttle service to Republic Square. The hotel itself and the area around are beautiful — lots of greenery, a river and a small bridge to walk across, even though it’s in the city. I would highly recommend!

As a veteran traveller staying in three star hotels across Eastern Europe, I say that accommodation does not come better than the Pallada. You have a spotlessly clean room with excellent furnishings, A/C and a totally modern bathroom in a hotel with very friendly staff and shared tea/coffee/water facilities. Further, you are two minutes walk from the iconic Republic Square in the centre of Yerevan and about four minutes from the nearest Metro Station. Think Marriott Armenia Hotel but with a focus on style rather than luxury and at a fraction of the price. Speaking of price, the Pallada offers tremendous value for money. I would stay there again without hesitation.

It’s very calm with an amazing view. Thanks to Mariam that is speaking very well English. She was very helpful. Give us the informations for the taxi (she can book it for you even if you need). She did the diner and it was yummy. At 15min from the airport only.
