I wish I could give it 11 and not just 10. Super clean, completely surrounded by nature with beautiful views, snd Satenik was a perfect host! We also had a delicious dinner prepared for us by her and we highly recommend that too! One of the best places I’ve stayed in!

It is the best place to stay the night in Sevan! The beach house is so spacious and beautiful, it even has it's own private beach. We liked this place so much! I would really recommend.

Great location, great and so hospitality people. We arrived early check-in but the staff organised us breakfast, hot tea and good cheer.
