the room was a 2 bed- bedroom flat with small kitchen and separate shower-room. the first room had the kitchen, a table with chairs and a sofa bed, the second room had a double and a single beds. the shower-room was outside on the staircase, very clean and warm, fitted with towels and hand-soap. the accommodation looked into a private internal courtyard, where my kids could play and run. It is a dog-friendly accommodation, free of charge. Mr Martin was very friendly and helpful, runs a wine shop connected with his farm so you could buy it on the spot. He also let us stay one more night for free, as the cleaners didn't come the day we were supposed to check out. (1st January) The location is outside Vienna, but easily reachable by car, free car park at the location.

Beautiful and serene place with a playground for children just outside the door. Peace and quiet. The apartment was well-equipped. The bathroom is in other building which, for me, was a great experience since I grew up in a similar village place. The sauna is an additional advantage.

Basic, simple & clean. It had everything we needed for the one night. Very easy communication - all online via booking.com. We arrived late, easy sequence of obtaining the key although no staff present - instructions explained online. PERFECT for our one night stay after a very long drive. Clean, comfortable bed to rest, clean & private shower room. Parking right in front of the building.
