Beautifully renovated cottage with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Little touches like coffee, some cooking, bathroom and laundry essentials were supplied that we did not expect and was greatly appreciated. <1Bed room> Modern and stylish accommodation, sparkling clean, fully equipped kitchen. Only stayed 1night after watching the penguin parade(8mins drive away), wish we stayed longer. Morning view was spectacular, Angus cows “moo moo” right in front of the retreats. At night, can watch the thousands stars above. Eggs, milk, tea, coffee, oil, S&P all provided. Host was very responsive.

The yard is beautiful with a small stream and beautiful flowers. The residence is on the second floor with a very spacious living room and a balcony with a great view. The balcony is flanked by very scenic meadows and you can see cows and sheep walking in the distance. The landlord was very nice, I was planning to go to see the penguins but it was on a weekend and I couldn't get a cab, so I planned to walk. The landlord was going to drive me after seeing it on the road, thank you very much. You should definitely rent or drive a car when you come here for vacation. I forgot my driver's license and had to take a taxi, but due to the remoteness of the area, there is no Uber operating here, so I had to call or book a cab from a local company, which is not very convenient, and I waited for an hour to get a cab to go to see the penguins on Sunday due to the lack of available driver.
