The staff were across the board friendly and helpful. The rooms were immaculate, well-maintained and really large. The landscaping and design of the hotel was exceptionally beautiful. I loved the parrots and macaw in their cages, the koi ponds, the black swan, and the lizards and iguanas around the property.

Beautiful property right on the water with balcony views that were incredible! Unfortunately our balcony was right next to the parking lot which was loud and not as private but roomy. The staff was very accommodating and the facility had everything we needed.

No electric plugs in the bathroom,and also the microwave had no plug you have to move it down ,and the kitchen space is very small no dresser in the bed room very small tv sitting down in the corner the dinning chairs is hard plastic no hot tub. very disappointed with the property for the price they charge for a one bedroom. The property need to be upgraded sorry l can only give it a 2 stars rating.will not be staying there again, when it rains the driveway and parking lot is flooded like a river not good it a very poor place to stay.
