We recently stayed at Boutique Hotel Neo during our trip to Bosnia, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel exceeded all our expectations — everything was perfect, from the immaculate cleanliness and elegant furniture to the delicious food and rich breakfast. The location is also ideal, very convenient for exploring the city and nearby attractions. However, what truly made our stay unforgettable was the outstanding hospitality of the staff, especially the lovely receptionist Mina. Her kindness, professionalism, and warm attitude made us feel incredibly welcome. She left us with a very special and heartfelt memory of Bosnia that we will always cherish. The rooms are very clean, the speed of the Wi-Fi is strong, and the cozyness of the bed. They have their own parking, and the area is quiet. The windows above the beds are beautiful, and there is enough room for everything for a night or two. The staff is amazing and very helpful. Thank you!

Hotel is 5 minutes from border crossing. A well maintained and clean hotel with well equipped rooms and apartments. The staff was very helpful on arrival and the breakfast is simple amazing. There is a secure parking behind the hotel for your car/bike.
