I did liked the fact that is a rural location and supposed to be quiet but in some cases is only in our imagination. There were Aircon in the room.

Brand new building and spacious appartment. Nice and simple decoration with basic amenities. Everything was very clean. We had excellent comunication with Helena and her colleague at the reception. The secured parking with easy access to the elevator made it easy with the luggage carrying. 3 minutes walk from the entrance of Charevets castle and 10-15 min of ascend to the city center. We found whatever we needed for breakfast etc at market around the corner. Overall a nice experience. Would visit again.

1. The staff is absolutely fantastic. They are sooooo helpful and go above and beyond! They printed my bus tickets for me, put it in a clear pouch. They offered to pack a breakfast box for me the day I was leaving. Just WOW. they speak really good English too! And smiles always :) make you feel right at home. I stayed an extra night because I was so comfortable there and they made my stay in Veliko Tarnovo really great. 2. The rooms are great, beautifully decorated, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. There is A/C as well which is nice especially on the hot days. 3. Breakfast is included: coffee, fruit, a plate with a bunch of cheeses, breads, boiled egg, ham/sausages, which is nice to get a quick start and go do sightseeing. 4. Wonderful location on the main road with restaurants/cafes. 12 minute walk to the bus station South and 17 minutes walk to the Tsarevets fortress. 30 minute walk to the four puppies I found and fed the entire stay in VT but that a different story. I would definitely stay at the Guest House Diabora again, I miss it soooo much already. I had such a bad time with my stay in Plovdiv right before that coming to Diabora made me feel so nice and welcome.

Staff is incredibly helpful & friendly. Rooms are clean & well decorated. Amazing view. Free parking (need to inform prior to your arrival) Tavern is a huge plus. Fantastic service, food and view for sure. Price is okay. In the middle of the old town but only 3 minutes walking distance to the center. Very quite. You have to try.

I recommend this hotel especially for great location. It is located in front of the Tsarevets castle. View from the room was amazing. You can watch the evening light show from the room. If you choose a room without the view on the castle, there is a terrace on the roof of the building where you can also go and look at the castle and watch the show. Breakfast was good, but can be improved. The room was clean and pleasant. The staff was kind and friendly.
