It has all the amenities you require, however if you have 2 suitcases, it difficult to open it :) 2. Bathroom - clean and spacious 3. Staff - very friendly. The staff invited us for free drinks at bar in the evening. 4. Location - excellent. It is central and right on the water. You can enjoy your meals at the balcony and enjoy the views. 5. Breakfast - it was fresh and tasty. 6. Value for money - a bit at the expensive side but it is due to quality and location.

Hotel was perfectly located for a day visit to Luzern particularly if arriving by car. Easy access to the motorway and rail station. Staff were friendly and helpful. An evening trip to local town Sempach is worth the effort. Free parking.

Very kind staff, offer us free parking as we arrived a little too early. They also gave us a free travel ticket which we can use to get on public transportation to the Lucerne city centre. Breakfast was also very nice although not too much selection.

Updated roadside hotel. It was comfortable, the breakfast was good as well. There is a parking lot in front of the building. It was a hotel in the middle of our roadtrip and served more like a stop in the way to somewhere. Meet the expextatitions, but it is what it is.
