Everything. Very idyllic location with a great view on the lake Thun and the mountains. The appartment is very well equipped, cosy spacious (perfect for a family). The baby cot was made available. The access to the swimming pool and spa/saunas of the hotel next door is a huge plus. We liked it a lot.

I've stayed in hotels across nearly 40 countries, and this one easily ranks in my top three.
