The suggested itinerary comprised all the most beautiful scenery spots in Zhangjiajie and the route was optimized in such a way that we didn't have to stay in queue. The host and his team are very accommodating. The room is comfortable. We recommend.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The rooms were clean and comfortable, great air con, and there was a delicious breakfast each morning and an even better view of the mountains. Great location, nice quiet area that was a short walk to restaurants and street food market. The staff were exceptional and so helpful to book our national park tickets, give recommendations and provide coffee and icecreams after a long day of exploring! Special shout out to concierge staff Xiao Song and Rock Lee for being so accommodating and friendly.

Very spacious rooms, comfortable beds, nice space. It's located next to the Zimugang entrance which is less busy than others. More tranquil surroundings, but still a few restaurants available around. The host Anthony was very helpful, arranged our park entrance tickets in advance, and was always here to answer any questions we had. The breakfast was plentiful and filling & there's also an option to have dinner at the hotel. Overall a great experience and I'd stay here again if I had a chance.

The rooms are very clean and spacious, and the staff are very friendly ,they picked us up from the train station and have helped us arrange our trip . My mom wanted to prepare her own pancakes and they didn’t hesitate to provide her with all the items . The view from the lodge is amazing as well . We had a magical time in this hotel one of the best.
