Such a fantastic taste of paradise. Everything at subtropica is done with love and skill. The breakfasts are superb, the pool is crystal clean and perfect temperature, the grounds are gorgeous with healthy beautiful plants growing everywhere. Everything! We loved everything about it! So elegant, private, well equipped, lovely design right in town but by the countryside. Ronnie was great as a host and we simply loved it. The owners have created a lovely space and great suites within it.

We read that the service was great before coming and they still managed to surprise us in happy ways. We felt very well taken care of, they even got us bug spray when we had foolishly left ours at home. The meals were delicious and the staff was very accommodating. The setting naturally brings in such variety of birds we felt like we were on a perpetual bird tour just from our villa and eating meals on the patio.
