A wonderful place, all the staff manage to make you feel good. It is more than just a vacation, it is an experience. Very good snorkeling area! The resort is truly great: impressive beach, cleanliness, excellent food in every restaurant, excellent and friendly service everywhere. It is a beautiful new hotel with spacious rooms and big terraces, lovely pools, gardens with palms and gorgeous flowers. We enjoyed every moment and every corner. Also, you can use the a la carte restaurants od other two Jaz hotels in Marsa Mubarak (Amara and Costa Mares). We would comeback for sure and recommend Jaz Elite Rivera to everyone.

The staff was so friendly, always willing to help you and make the stay as comfortable as possible. And they were all so kind with our daughter. The hotel is very nice, everything is clean and modern, the buffet was great and the food very tasty with a large selection. The bay is beautiful as well, as you can see corals and lots of fish and meet turtles and sometimes a Dugong while snorkeling. We also went diving with the great dive center (scuba world divers - Iberotel costa mares) located in the same bay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The resort is modern and perfectly clean. Nice pool, good food and the diving is 5 min walking. Jaz Staff was amazing, especially at the restaurant and the reception. Always willing to help and let you focus on just enjoying the time. We’ll come back!
