Contact with owner, Gonzalo, went smoothly through Whatsapp. Housekeeper Juani handed the keys upon arrival and took care of the return of deposit on the day of departure. House has a lovely enclosed terrace. Communal pool is great. During the day we had it practically to ourselves until the evening hours when the residents came home from work. Supermarket Mercadona is a 5 minute walk away and Meloneras beach about a 15-20 minutes walk. There is plenty of space for a rental car outside the complex. Faro Maspalomas (lighthouse and boardwalk) can be done within a 30 minute walk, a taxi takes you there for about 5 or 6 euros.

Lovely house within easy reach of shops and restaurants. Communal pool area is fabulous. Wonderful little touches like children toys, cold beer and milk in the fridge, shampoo etc provided. Kitchen well stocked. One of the best holiday rentals we have been to. Everything you could need for a family holiday. The host was exceptionally friendly and approachable.

Breakfast included & was great, large room with also lots of balcony space. Super comfortable beds & a wonderful big bathtub as well as walk in shower! Amazing swimming pool circuit all around the hotel. Perfect area too for shopping & walking in the evenings with multiple choices of spots to stop for food / drinks. Very close to the beautiful sand dune area also. Wish we could have stayed much longer!

This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. They have free parking available, although if you have a bigger car, do not go to the garage but use the parking lot next to the hotel. Our room (regular double room) was huge with a walking closet and big bathroom. I am vegan and my friend is gluten free and we had plenty of buffet options. The staff was happy to accommodate our requests and even brought my friend gluten free pancakes and bread every morning.

We had a wonderful stay at Arguineguín Park By Servatur VV. The apartment was lovely—spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. Being on the ground floor, it was convenient and had a nice outdoor area with a partial sea view, which made for a relaxing atmosphere. The whole complex is well-maintained, and everything was in perfect condition. The location is great—peaceful yet close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Gran Canaria!

The staff was always helpful and kind, especially Daniela at the reception. The rooms clean, food in the restaurant very good with lots of options to choose from both at breakfast and dinner. The thing that impressed me the most was the spectacular view of the lighthouse with the sunset in the background.
